I Saw Red!
These are one of my favorite pairs of shoes. Why? Well, because I love the color red and because they are so decorative and fun, of course. But mostly because I had to literally fight for them in a blowout sale at a boutique I shop at. I had to yank them out of a woman’s hands that had removed them from my basket while I tried on another pair of shoes. It was quite an ugly spectacle, but I am a firm believer that you have to fight for what you love and I love these shoes. They were the last pair and they were in my size, so I took that as a sign that they belonged with me. And don’t they look wonderful? I think so.
